I think the truth is yes and no. They never really cared about HD DVD with passion, but at the same time, I really think they didn't want Blu ray to take over.

I can't disgaree with this comment. The open ended formula is getting tiring. It will still be a great game.
But just like Halo 3, it could be more like last gen's greatest rather than the next big thing.

About Digital Downloads. I have downloaded a couple on XBOX 360. Not anymore. Just experimented. It took hours and hours and hours.
I don't think that's gonna work right now, especially not on XBOX 360. Since the longer the machine stays on, the more of a liability it is to red ring.
But that's just my observation.
It looks like some futuristic world with lots of machinery. But at the same time, it might have ancient roots.
I actually hope it's not Heavenly Sword 2. That game sadly didn't sell. I would much rather see them take a shot at something new.
